Costs of living

Constanța offers a high quality of life at an affordable price.  The cost of living is lower in Romania than the EU average (see details here).
How much money students actually need during their studies at OUC depends on their spending habits.  Below you can find estimations of typical prices, to help you budget for your student life.  Although some students can afford the upper range, most students tend to choose the lower and quite a few have become very creative in cutting costs even below those estimations.
